Plaintiff Steven Mickelson, proceeding without counsel, is incarcerated at New Lisbon Correctional Institution. Mickelson alleges that prison staff is failing to properly treat the pain that he suffers in his back, legs, and stomach, and a stomach malady that causes him to vomit.
