This full-time permanent position is located in the District Court Clerk’s Office in Madison, Wisconsin. The Case Administrator/Courtroom Deputy operates in a team environment and must handle all aspects of judicial support. Duties include docketing, management of civil and criminal cases, preparing reports, electronic court recording, and courtroom support. To qualify, applicants must have one year of specialized experience and a bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate. The starting classification level will depend on the nature and extent of a candidate's experience. The hours for this position are 8:00-4:30, Monday through Friday. This full-time permanent position is located in the District Court Clerk’s Office in Madison, Wisconsin. The Financial Specialist assists in performing administrative, technical, and professional work related to financial, accounting and procurement activities of the Court, including ensuring compliance with appropriate guidelines, policies, and internal controls. The incumbent prepares, updates and processes a variety of accounting records and financial statements and ensures the court is supplied with the materials, equipment and services to function optimally. Announcement No. 26-03: Probation Services Technician
The U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services Office for the Western District of Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Probation Services Technician to serve in Madison, Wisconsin. The Probation Services Technician provides technical, administrative, and case management support to probation officers in a wide range of areas, including gathering arrest and related criminal history information; reviewing and organizing financial documents; assisting with data entry and database searches; electronically filing case documents; and providing secondary support as needed for reception and general clerical duties. This is a temporary position subject to the availability of funding.
