The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin is seeking a qualified Chief U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services Officer. This is a full-time permanent position. Vacancy No. 21-02 Case Administrator/Courtroom Deputy

The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin is seeking a Case Administrator/Courtroom Deputy.  This full-time permanent position is located in the clerk's office in Madison, Wisconsin. The position operates in a team environment, handling all aspects of judicial support, including docketing, case management, electronic court recording, and courtroom support. To qualify, an applicant must have one year of specialized experience and a bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate. Knowledge of legal terminology and processes, and experience in the federal judicial system and/or with electronic filing systems is preferred.
