In preparation for a planned upgrade to NextGen CM/ECF, the District Court wil stop processing applications for ECF registration on Thursday, April 21, 2022. The court will begin the upgrade on Friday, April 22. PLEASE NOTE: The electronic filing system will be OFFLINE from 4:30 PM on April 22 until Monday morning, April 25.
