New e-Filing Requirements

 

The District Court has amended its rules for deposition transcripts and expert reports. Deposition transcripts must be filed in their entirety, and transcripts and expert reports must be filed as separate docket entries.

 

Filers are reminded that specific requirements related to these and other documents are contained in the Administrative Procedures.
