Career Opportunity: 16-02 Official Court Reporter (Part-Time)
The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin (Madison) is seeking a Certified Realtime Court Reporter for the position of Official Court Reporter. This position is part-time for 8 hours/week, with the possibility of an increase in hours. The Court Reporter is part of a pool covering two U.S. District Judges, a Senior U.S. District and a U.S. Magistrate Judge.
To qualify, the candidate must be a high school graduate or equivalent, and must possess at least 10 years of official court reporting experience and have obtained their CRR certification from the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA) or passed an equivalent qualifying exam.
