Effective January 22, 2008, a judge or authorized member of court staff may issue orders by a text-only entry upon the docket. In such cases, no PDF document will be attached to the docket entry. The text-only entry shall constitute the court's only order on the matter and such orders are official and binding. The parties will receive notice of such an order via e-mail through CM/ECF.
